Produced in Arandas, Jalisco, by Gran Dinastía, the Blanco tequila is masterfully crafted by Maestra Tequilera Elena Camarena. Sourced from a single estate at over 7,000 ft elevation, it's made from 100% Blue Weber (Agave tequilana). The distillery, first in Mexico to achieve net zero carbon impact, practices sustainable agriculture and water renewal. The tequila is cooked in brick ovens, crushed using a roller mill, and fermented in open-air wooden tanks. It undergoes double distillation in traditional copper pot stills, which imparts flavors of pink peppercorn, grapefruit, white flowers, pepper, and tropical fruit, culminating in a 40% ABV spirit.
